Sprød-Kråaks® started as a homemade venture: a recipe of thin, airy crackers that Marwan and his father would prepare for family and friends on special occasions.
The brand is dedicated to Marwan's son, Théo — so that he may carry this family legacy forward for generations to come. Today every batch is hand-finished at our partner bakery, Global Foods, just outside Beirut.
